Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy applies to word credit packages purchased on NyxAI (the “Platform”), operated by Aerial Frontier, Hong Kong. Word credits are a digital product. They are delivered to your account immediately upon payment and never expire.
2. Eligibility
You may request a refund for unused purchased word credits within 7 calendar days of payment.
The refund amount is calculated pro rata:
refund = amount paid × (unused credits ÷ credits purchased)
Example: you buy 1,000,000 words for US$37 and have used 200,000 words. Your refund is US$29.60.
3. Non-refundable items
- Orders older than 7 calendar days
- Word credits that have already been used
- Free allowances, daily quotas, referral rewards, campaign bonuses and promotional top-ups (for example crypto bonuses or limited-time extra credits)
- Credits obtained through a redemption code — please contact the reseller who issued the code
- Accounts suspended for breach of our Terms of Service
- Dissatisfaction with the creative style, tone or subject matter of generated content. AI output is inherently variable — please use the free allowance to try the service before purchasing.
4. Automatic credit restoration
If a generation fails because of a system error or does not pass our content quality check, the word credits deducted for that generation are automatically restored to your account. This is a restoration of credits, not a monetary refund, and it is not subject to the 7-day limit in Section 2.
5. How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned via the original payment method.

For cryptocurrency refunds, the network fee is borne by the requester and is deducted from the refund amount. We are not liable for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address supplied by the requester.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@nyx-ai.net with:
- Your registered email address
- The date and amount of the order
- The reason for the request
- For cryptocurrency payments: the refund wallet address and network (TRC20 / BSC)
We reply within 3 business days and, once the request is verified, complete the refund within 7 business days.
7. Abuse prevention
We reserve the right to decline abnormal refund requests, including but not limited to repeated purchase-and-refund cycles within a short period, coordinated requests across multiple accounts, and any pattern indicating the refund mechanism is being used to obtain free usage.
8. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy from time to time. Revisions are published on this page with an updated date. Completed orders remain governed by the version of the policy in force at the time of purchase.
